  5. The old database will be flushed and the new database
  6. will become active.

  9. The database you specified could not be open. Try
  10. using a backup copy of the database.

  13. Enter "yes" if you want the company name of each
  14. contact to be printed.  Otherwise enter "no".

  17. Enter "Yes" if you want a monthly calendar printed
  18. at the top of each page that is printed.

  21. ticklers will display the number of ticklers 
  22. appearing on that date.

  26. this menu. The date to the right of the menu is the
  27. default date currently set. To change the date use

  30. After selecting the proper month/year, go to menu item
  31. 3 which will print out an appointment calendar.

  33. Those dates that have appointments will be marked with
  34. a "*".

  40. in the current directory. To change the database, use

  47. The calendar is geared to print on 8 1/2 by 11 paper.
  48. The calendar will appear at the top of each page and
  49. each appointment in date sorted order will appear at

  72. Select the "printer" to send the calendar to a printer

  75. Select "capturefile" to send the output to an ASCII
  76. file. The output will be appended to an existing file.

  78. While the calendar is printing you may press SPACE
  79. which will pause the printer, or ESC which will abort
  80. the printout.

  86. that the printer is online and has paper.
